He is restless, cunning, uncommitted, two faces, irresponsible, make promise that can’t be keeping, crooked and stupid.

And that he is a conman, a molester and rapist. He molested and raped many lasses including his own aunt and a cousin.

That his accuser, Ms Zenaida Hotricano of number 8 silicon Road, Pilar Village Manila alleged that sexual assault taken at night after a drinking session but in which case was not reported to the authorities. The alleged rape is unique because the complainant is shy enough to inform the authorities. The suspect is her cousin and the rape never led to pregnancy. Glenn is a drug user and a thief. He still not only from other people but from his own family circle as well. He is one of notorious thieves in Naval Biliran but run away from his own place via Maripipi and landed in Manila where he upgraded his notorious talent. 

He had been convicted of bank robbery (thief) last 1988-1989 in Naval Biliran his native hometown. He was serving a sentence at the Naval provincial jail when he breach it and gone missing. There was a warrant of arrest issued against him which, until now is not accordingly serve until its prescription. 

He is also a fake. He faked his relevant documents to obtain a seaman’s book from Manila that enable him to work as seaman/cook in foreign vessel but declared herself as chief-mate.  While on the run, he ask her brother Jojo to continue his (glenn) study in University of the Visayas but the institution found it phony. He continues to deceive government agency by presenting fake and altered documents to hide his true identity. In fact,   he was able to obtain a clearance from NBI in spite of his derogatory records with the help of a lawyer. He is very proud that he can do all these things without being apprehended even once. He is really very proud that he uses to brag these to all.

He is also bragging that he was able to bribe some of local authorities but let him know that there are no small or big crimes. A crime is a crime and we will not condone his practise.

That he is also a trouble maker especially drunk with drugs. He committed many felonies where keep by his victim because of either the fear off their respective lives or do not want to go through that troubled with the process of law.

Glenn is the brother of a provincial board member in Naval Biliran who was accused of raping a certain Elena Olivar in Brgy Caraycaray that produce one healthy child which, named withheld. However, unconfirmed report that Elena ask Eden to raped her.

When Glenn visited in Singapore he was brutally assaulted by Wilson and was fatally neutralized that almost landed him to death.

His wife a certain Gerandine Nicolas from Dagami Leyte, is a japayukie that frequently found in a disco bar in Kobe and was illegally employed by the YAKUZA for every six months and a drug mule in Japan according to a source. But due to the tsunami that struck the country she returned home open handed.

According to Elena, that Edward Bud-oy a sibling of a policeman in Dagami knows the family whereabouts. Nene said, “everybody knows that a married woman who had visiting foreign countries within a short term period of stays work as prostitute just to earn an amount that can support her destitute family back to her homeland.”
